Three years of learning the pillars of the workings of computers, algorithmic thinking, problem solving and software development. Built a great habit of actually learning the basics before proceeding with action.

Started with simple Python scripting and frontend development and eventually worked my way up to real tickets and maintenance of big backend codebases built with Laravel, Go and .NET.

A semester full of gaining leadership experience through teamwork with a vibrant group of people from all across the world alongside coursework in machine learning, robotics and big data. Came back with a new international network and a much better tolerance for ambiguity.

After getting a feel for the field, I'll be customizing my curriculum based on a focus of adding wider domain knowledge across the board, such as networking, system architecture, security, cloud engineering and AI.

Currently remote at a Slovenian startup. Expected software, ended up running positioning, copy, ads and analytics solo. Zero marketing background going in, learning fast and enjoying it more than anticipated. Finding solutions to technical problems through freelancing on the side.
